Construction Update - June 10, 2025

The construction of the P4 parking lot (former Tennis Club) is now complete and open for public use, offering over 150 additional parking spaces in the downtown area.

The contractor has demobilized from site and is expected to return in early September to start improvements on the adjacent P3 parking area. This will include pedestrian safety enhancements, accessibility improvements, concrete repairs and repaving of the P3 parking lot. The contractor will also complete the final surface lift of asphalt for P4.

Once complete there will be over 370 parking spots available in P3 and P4.
