November 12, 2025 - Riverwalk Commons Update

Work continues at the downtown P3 parking lot which was completed in 3 phases to minimize impacts to parking during construction. Phase 1 which included the expansion of P3 in the area of the former Tennis Club was completed and opened in June. Crews returned in early September to finish work in Phase 2 and 3. Phase 2, which involved curb repair, sidewalk construction and repaving is now complete. Crews are now completing Phase 3 which includes curb repair, new sidewalk and repaving of the parking lot. These works have been impacted by inclement weather and are now scheduled for completion by the end of November. All businesses remain open during construction.
