December 5, 2024 - Construction Update #2

Construction Progress:

  • Temporary watermain removed; all water services reinstated to newly lined watermain
  • Elm Street reconstruction completed up to base asphalt

During the winter:

The contractor is scheduled to leave site by the end of the week of this week after which the Town will take over winter maintenance, pending a site review to confirm satisfactory restoration. Temporary restoration and cleanup efforts are underway, with asphalt disturbances being addressed using temporary asphalt for the winter season. • Millard Avenue and Church Street to fully reconstructed, including
