Complete the remaining field work (e.g., surveying, tree inventory verification) to support the preferred detailed design.

Host a hybrid meeting (e.g., in-person and online format) with adjacent residents to review the preferred design in detail, provide project updates, and discuss any additional questions or concerns.

Host an additional hybrid meeting (e.g. in-person and online) with adjacent residents to review any changes resulting from the November meeting. 

Final design completed and preparation of construction tender package.

Tree removals, subject to environmental timing requirements.

Construction tendering and contractor procurement.

Anticipated start of construction, subject to approvals, procurement, environmental timing windows and weather conditions.
