The Town of Newmarket is dedicated to serving the needs of our residents. We want your opinion on how you want to see YOUR tax dollars invested and on our overall budget process.

Newmarket's budgets are built around resident feedback and priorities set by the Newmarket Council. We also have to ensure that as Newmarket continues to grow, we are allocating the appropriate funds to the needs of our growing demographic, without sacrificing levels of service to our residents.

Your opinion and feedback matters to us.

Here is how you can contribute to the overall budget process:

Play our Budget Game - Investing your tax dollars

  • This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help us with the Budget 2020 process and determine how to invest your tax dollars.
  • Participate in the Budget Game and you will be entered in a draw to win $100 that can be applied to any Recreation and Culture Program in Newmarket.

Other ways to provide your feedback:

  • Provide your comments below in the forum section of this webpage
  • Attend a Budget Meeting - view the key dates located on right hand side of this page
