Walkway Improvements: Broughton/Lockwood and Nelson/Shanahan

The Town of Newmarket will be undertaking improvements to two walkways located at starting the end of June until September 2026.

• Broughton Lane and Lockwood Circle improvements include:
  • Improvements to staircases
  • Lighting improvements for better visibility and safety
  • Storm water drainage enhancements
    
    
• Nelson Circle and Shanahan Boulevardimprovements include:
  • Lighting improvements for better visibility and safety
  • Storm water drainage enhancements
  • Repairs to leaning retaining walls and fencing
