Digital Transformation Study Survey

A key part of this process is your input, and we want to hear how you well you think the Town currently provides digital services and how it could change in the future. 

To help in this process, we’re asking you to complete this short, 10-minute survey. 

To thank you for your contribution, we’re entering those who complete the survey into a raffle to win complimentary access to one of the Town’s recreational services. To be entered, please complete the survey and enter your contact information into the final question so that we can contact you if your name is drawn. 

All participants will be entered into a draw to win 1 of 10, 20-visit recreation passes for skating / swimming.
