Hillview Drive Reconstruction Project
The Town of Newmarket is conducting infrastructure improvements on Hillview Drive.
The work is expected to start in the summer of 2025, depending on budgets, priorities and a successful tendering and contract execution process and is expected to be substantially completed in December 2025 with final asphalt and restoration by Summer 2026.

The proposed works on Hillview Drive include:
- New sidewalk on east side between Amelia and Penn
- Narrowing of road
- New watermain and services
- Sanitary sewer replacement/repairs
- Sanitary service replacement
- New sidewalk on the south side of Penn Avenue between Hillview Drive and Denne Boulevard
