🚧Construction Update – night time work (Oct. 16) on skate trail -COMPLETE!

Construction of Mulock Park is advancing rapidly. Night time work will be required this week on the skate trail.

Concrete placement for the skate trail will start at 5 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, October 16, 2025. Concrete placement will be complete by afternoon, with finishing touches continuing into the early morning of Friday October 10, 2025.

During concrete placement, neighbours can expect to see concrete delivery trucks and work lights and may hear construction equipment noise. This work must be completed in a single pour to provide a smooth surface, and requires approximately 32 hours from start of placement. Town of Newmarket staff have worked with the contractor to complete as much work as possible during daytime hours, and appreciate residents’ patience.
