Upcoming Finishing Work – Woodland Loop

The Town is thrilled to see so many people enjoying Mulock Park! While the park is now operational, there are a few construction elements to finish, as is expected with a project of this scale. From Tuesday, October 13 through mid-November, work will be taking place in the middle section of the Woodland Loop trail, north of the Walnut Grove. Work is being conducted by the park contractors, under supervision by Town staff.

Visitors are advised:

• Portions of the Woodland Loop will be closed during this work; however, we anticipate you can still use the trail on the north side.
• Temporary barricades and signage will be provided to direct travellers in the park and on the Woodland Loop.
• A few contractor vehicles will be using the main paved laneway from Yonge Street. They will be escorted within the park by a flag person.
• Some noise may be expected during the work due to vacuum excavation activities.
• The work will take place during normal daytime working hours. Nighttime work is not expected.
• The maintenance work area will be fenced.
