About the Project
The Town of Newmarket is working with its Engineering Consultant, Ainley Group on sanitary sewer replacement projects located along 56 Charles Street and Penn Avenue, between Lindsay Avenue and Hill Street.
The proposed works include the removal of the existing sanitary sewer and replacement with a larger
sized sewer. This sewer upsizing project has been identified in the Town of Newmarket’s Water Waste
Water Master Plan as required to meet future sanitary sewer capacity as Newmarket continues to grow
and develop.
