On street parking, front yard driveway, landscaping survey for select neighbourhoods

We are conducting a Residential Parking Study that looks to review the Town of Newmarket’s Zoning and Parking Bylaws, specifically provisions for driveways and landscaping requirements, as well as on-street parking regulations in specific neighbourhoods in Newmarket.

Residents who are invited to participate in the study will be sent a letter mail with a link to the survey.

Survey results will be used to help shape future updates to zoning and parking regulations that better reflect the needs of residents of all ages and lifestyles and contribute to building complete communities.
