Stickwood Court Reconstruction
The Town of Newmarket is reconstructing Stickwood Court. This work includes full reconstruction from Srigley Street to the end of the cul-de-sac, featuring watermain replacement and rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer at the Srigley Street intersection. Stormwater improvements, including a new catch basin, will enhance drainage performance.
The roadway will be reconstructed with new pavement, curb, and gutter, and streetlight will be upgraded.
This work will improve service reliability, drainage, and overall safety while bringing the street up to current Town standards.
Construction is expected to start Summer 2026.

The Town of Newmarket invites residents to attend a virtual Public Consultation Centre (PCC) to learn more about the Stickwood Court Reconstruction Project.
