The Town of Newmarket is reconstructing Aubrey Court from Queen Street to the end of the cul-de-sac including replacement of the aging watermain and installation of a new storm sewer system to improve drainage and reduce flood risk.
The roadway will be rebuilt with new pavement, curb, and gutter while maintaining existing widths, and streetlights will be upgraded throughout.
Overall, the project will modernize infrastructure and urbanize the streetscape to meet current Town standards while improving long-term reliability and safety.
Construction is expected to start Summer 2026.
