🚧 Construction Update: Yonge Street Parking Lot

Construction is starting on the new Mulock Park Yonge Street Parking Lot located within the hydro corridor off of Yonge Street, just north of Mulock Park. This off-site parking lot will provide 206 planned parking spaces to ensure ample parking during peak periods, while preserving as much of the magnificent green space at Mulock Park as possible.

The parking lot will also build further connections to the Town’s path system through the installation of a multi-use path connecting to McCaffrey Road, Clearmeadow Boulevard, through the parking lot and into the Mulock Park

In a vehicle, the public will only be able to access the lot from Yonge Street. The lot will include bicycle parking, traffic calming measures and a security camera network plus provisions for future elements, such as electrical vehicle (EV) chargers and paid parking.

Construction is expected to be complete this year and will be conducted by Loc-Pave Construction Limited.
