📷 Pictured: Work to restore the historic Mulock House included replacing the 150-year-old slate roof originally constructed in the late 1800s and painted green in the mid-20th century. The new, natural green slate roof complies with strict heritage criteria with enhanced materials expected to last well into the 22nd century. The building improvements will enhance it’s energy efficiency by more than 50 per cent. November 2025
