Recent work completed:
What to expect over the next 2 weeks:
Various interlock driveways are to be restored
Continued line painting work for some crosswalks and urban shoulders
Sod will be placed in areas where sidewalk work occurred
Project Update #4 - August 12th 2025
Recent work completed:
All sidewalk work has been completed.
Boulevard areas where sidewalk have been replaced have been backfilled with topsoil in preparation of sod.
Curb removal and replacement work has begun
What to expect over the next 2 weeks:
Continued removal and replacement of curb
Following curb work, asphalt grinding and driveway paving will commence

What to expect over the next 2 weeks:
Continued removal and replacement of sidewalks along the north side.
Start of curb removals at residential and commercial driveways, following the sidewalk work.
Project Update #2 - July 18th 2025
Construction on Savage Road is underway. Recent work completed:
Saw cutting of existing curbs and sidewalks to prepare for removal and replacement.
Sidewalk removals have begun along the south side of Savage Road.
Curb removals and replacements are underway, starting mainly at intersections to maintain accessibility.
What to expect over the next 2 weeks:
Continued removal and replacement of sidewalks.
Construction equipment and crews will remain active in the area; please use caution and follow posted signage.
Temporary pedestrian detours may be in place while work is ongoing.
Project Update #1 - July 11th 2025
Construction on Savage Road is scheduled to begin in July 2025. Over the next few weeks, residents will notice the placement of construction barrels and traffic control signage along the roadway.
What to expect in the coming weeks:
Saw cutting of curbs and sidewalks will begin shortly after initial setup in preparation for removal.
Pedestrian access will be maintained on at least one side of the road at all times.
Short term disruptions to driveway access may occur during curb and sidewalk work. Notice will be provided to residents in advance.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times.

Project Update #11- Clearmeadow Boulevard (Week of August 11th 2025)
- Road resurfacing has been completed
- Majority of line painting completed, with some remaining crosswalks and stop bars to be painted
Project Update #10- Clearmeadow Boulevard (Week of August 4th 2025)
- Road resurfacing will take place August 5th and 6th
- After resurfacing work, line painting will commence
Project Update #9- Clearmeadow Boulevard (Week of July 28th 2025)
- Road grinding has been completed
- Manhole adjustments have been completed
- Base Asphalt repairs are scheduled for this week
- Road Resurfacing is anticipated to begin later this week (Week of July 28th) or early next week (Week of August 4th), weather permitting
Project Update #8- Clearmeadow Boulevard (Week of July 21st 2025)
- Road grinding has begun in preparation for resurfacing work
- After grinding work, manhole adjustments will take place
- Resurfacing is expected to take place in in the following week (week of July 28th), weather permitting
Project Update #7- Clearmeadow Boulevard (Week of December 2nd)
- Due to unfavorable temperatures for paving, road resurfacing is postponed until summer 2025.
- Driveway and boulevard restorations ongoing. To be completed by Early December (likely late this week or early next week)
- A review of the resorted areas will be done in Spring 2025, and any areas that are not completed to the Towns satisfaction will be replaced.
Project Update #6- Clearmeadow Boulevard (Week of November 25th)
- Curb removal and replacements are complete.
- Driveway and Sod restorations ongoing. To be completed by Early December.
- Due to unfavorable temperatures for paving, road resurfacing is likely to be postponed until spring 2025. However, if an unseasonably warm day occurs in December, paving may proceed at that time. As it stands, the work is tentatively scheduled for spring 2025.
Project Update #5- Clearmeadow Boulevard (Week of November 18th)
- Curb removal and replacements are ongoing throughout Clearmeadow. Anticipated to be completed this week.
- Driveway restorations and placement of topsoil and sod will commence in the next week or two.
- Road paving is tentatively scheduled for the next 2 weeks- weather permitting. Should weather not allow for paving this year, then paving will be deferred to Spring 2025.
Project Update #4 - Clearmeadow Boulevard (Week of November 11th)
- Curb removal and replacements have begun throughout Clearmeadow.
- Sidewalk removals and replacements are still underway along south side of Clearmeadow. The majority of the north side sidewalk work has been completed.
- After completion of curb and sidewalk work, road grinding and manhole adjustments will begin- anticipated to start in 1-2 weeks, weather permitting.
Project Update #3 - Clearmeadow Boulevard (Week of November 4th)
- Crews have began sidewalk removal and replacements along the north side of Clearmeadow. Once complete, they will move to the south side of Clearmeadow and begin sidewalk removal and replacements on the south side.
- After sidewalk removal and replacements are completed on the north and south sides of Clearmeadow, curb removals will begin.
Project Update #2 - Clearmeadow Boulevard (Week of October 28th)
- Crews will begin work on Clearmeadow this week, below is a summary of the upcoming work:

Curb Replacement: Concrete crews will be mobilizing on-site this week to begin curb replacement work along Clearmeadow Boulevard. You may see crews saw-cutting and removing sections of curb throughout the area. This is expected to take approximately 2–3 weeks to complete.

Road Grinding and Manhole Adjustments: Once curb replacements are complete, the contractor will proceed with grinding the road surface and adjusting manholes to prepare for paving.

Sidewalk Replacements: Weather permitting, sidewalk replacements may also take place this year. If weather conditions do not allow, this work will be postponed until next year. We will keep you informed with additional updates on the timing for sidewalk replacements
Project Update #1 - Clearmeadow Boulevard
- Please be advised that the start of Clearmeadow Boulevard Resurfacing has been slightly delayed and the project is now expected to begin in late October. We appreciate your understanding and will provide further updates as needed.
